At times it maybe necessary to remove a phone number from the calling service. Williamsburg Local Schools makes it best effort to call only those phone numbers that are listed in the student data system as active contacts for a student to limit the number of individuals being contacted during the use of the One Call Now system. Changes to phone numbers in today's society happen at a rapid pace since the introduction of cell phone technology. It is reccomended that parents make sure to contact the school that your child is attending when changing any contact information. This will ensure that each school has the most updated information for your child in the event that school or district would need to contact you. If you are being contacted by mistake or feel that you don't need contacted you may opt out of the automated phone calling system by clicking on the following link and filling out the form with the phone number that you are being contacted from. (One Call Now Phone Number - Removal) ** Please note that removal of your phone number from the Automated Phone System will take up to 48 hrs to process. Make sure that you include your e-mail address and you will recieve a confirmation e-mail when the removal of your phone number has been processed. |
