Kristin Dalton holds an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Xavier University, and a Master of Education in Executive Human Resource Development, also from Xavier University. She has earned her teaching licensure from the College of Mount St. Joseph.

Shawn Whisman has attended multiple institutions, including the University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University, Wright State University, the University of Dayton, and Walsh University, earning his Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree, and Master's Degree, with further studies beyond.

Timothy Bogan earned his Bachelor of Science in Education with a focus on Comprehensive Social Studies (7-12) from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) and his Master's in Administration from the University of Dayton.

Dan McKibben earned his BA in History from Morehead State University and his MA in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton.
