Technology at WLSD is ever growing and changing.  The mission of the Technology Department is to support and promote technology usage and integration that aids the mission and goals of the district.

Over the past several years, we have upgraded our network infrastructure to prepare for more mobile technology and to support our one-to-one program.  

Currently, we have two district technology teachers, one at the ES and one at the MSHS, that educate students in specific technology skills.  Students in grades 1 -12 have an assigned Chromebook. Kindergarten classes each have a set of 6 Chromebook's for use in centers.  Pedagogy is also changing as teachers integrate the Google Suite as well as a host of other applications into the classroom.
