Facilities Request
Williamsburg Local Schools is proud to be the heart of our community. We welcome the use of our facilities by local organizations and groups when they are not in use for school-sanctioned activities.
To provide a more efficient and transparent experience, we have moved to a fully digital facility request process. Once you submit a formal request, our administrative team will review your application.
3-Step Process
Check Availability - After entering your contact information, the next page will ask you to view the calendar of the space that you would like to request. Make sure that there is availability on the date/time that you are requesting before continuing this process.
Finish completing the Google Form and submit it.
Send your proof of insurance to Jason Moberly at moberly_j@burgschools.org.
Please submit the request at least seven days prior to the event date. If you need to cancel, please let Jason Moberly know as soon as possible, at moberly_j@burgschools.org.
