🎭✨ 5th Grade Field Trip Fun! ✨🎭
Our 5th graders enjoyed a magical visit to Playhouse in the Park to see A Christmas Carol! This experience was the grand finale of their class study, where students first read a play version of the story, then watched A Muppet Christmas Carol, and finally saw the tale come to life on stage.
Throughout the unit, students explored the incredible transformation of Ebenezer Scrooge and reflected on the lessons he learns along the way. Seeing the characters and themes performed live truly brought their learning full circle! 🎄💡
A wonderful day of literature, theater, and holiday spirit! ❤️🎬🎟️
Our 4th graders enjoyed a fun Notice, Wonder, Think activity today… all centered around pumpkin pie! 🎃🥧 They shared observations, asked great questions, and dug deeper into their thinking.

Mrs. Stephens’ second graders had a blast catching snowflakes on black paper to see their unique shapes and sizes—then capped it off with a fun snowball toss! 💙
Our 3rd graders became mystery authors. Inspired by the illustrations from The Mysteries of Harris Burdick by Chris Van Allsburg, students let their imaginations soar and created short stories to match the pictures. We're so proud of their hard work and storytelling.
