Welcome to Student Services at Williamsburg Local School District
At Williamsburg Local School District, our mission is to provide high academic performance for all students through quality instructional practices in a safe and nurturing environment in partnership with the community. As part of this mission, our Student Services department is dedicated to supporting every student from PreK-12 with a wide range of programs and resources designed to meet their diverse needs.
Our goal is to empower every student to reach their full potential by providing tailored interventions, special education services, and opportunities for gifted students. The Student Services team also oversees critical areas such as state testing, English Language Learner (ELL) programs, and Federal and Title I initiatives, ensuring compliance and excellence across all domains.
Areas of Support
Special Education: Comprehensive services for students with disabilities, ensuring they receive a free and appropriate public education (FAPE).
Gifted Services: Enrichment opportunities for students identified as gifted.
State Testing: Coordination and administration of all state-mandated assessments.
English Language Learners (ELL): Support for students whose primary language is not English.
Federal and Title I Programs: Management of federally funded programs aimed at enhancing educational outcomes for all students.
Curriculum and Data
Interventions: Personalized strategies to support students facing academic or behavioral challenges.
