Williamsburg Middle High School will be conducting a full safety drill on Tuesday, March 31 at 1:30 PM in partnership with local emergency responders, including the Williamsburg Police Department, Clermont County Sheriff’s Office, and other community safety teams.
This drill will include both our A.L.I.C.E. safety protocol and a student reunification exercise at an off-site location, which will impact traffic patterns in the area.
What the Community Should Know:
Tollgate Road near the school will be converted to one-way traffic during the drill.
Traffic will only be allowed:
Enter from Main Street (near Dollar General/Family Dollar)
Exit right onto Old 32 toward Afton
5th Street will be closed from St. Ann’s Catholic Church to Tollgate Road.
Increased emergency vehicle presence should be expected.
The reunification site will be Clear Mountain Community Church.
Important Reminder:
This is only a drill designed to ensure our students, staff, and local agencies are fully prepared in the event of an emergency. There is no cause for alarm.
We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as we conduct this important safety exercise to keep Williamsburg safe and prepared.
