Help us make Williamsburg High School’s Prom & After Prom a safe, fun, and unforgettable night for our students on April 25! 🎉

We’re looking for donations—especially gift cards and prize items—to support food, activities, and exciting giveaways for ~150 students. Every contribution makes a difference and helps create a memorable, supervised event for our community’s teens.

If you’re able to donate or contribute, we’d truly appreciate your support! 💙

We are now transitioning to our reunification point at Clear Mountain Church. For those who are picking their kids up from there, please enter Tollgate Rd. from the Main St. intersection near Family Dollar. After picking your kids up and continuing down Tollgate Rd., you will be forced to turn right on Batavia-Williamsburg Pike. If your child rides the bus, buses will leave at 2:30 from Clear Mountain Church. If your child walks or drives, they will be walking back to school to leave from there.

Williamsburg Community Notification – Safety Drill on March 31

Williamsburg Middle High School will be conducting a full safety drill on Tuesday, March 31 at 1:30 PM in partnership with local emergency responders, including the Williamsburg Police Department, Clermont County Sheriff’s Office, and other community safety teams.

This drill will include both our A.L.I.C.E. safety protocol and a student reunification exercise at an off-site location, which will impact traffic patterns in the area.

What the Community Should Know:

Tollgate Road near the school will be converted to one-way traffic during the drill.
Traffic will only be allowed:
Enter from Main Street (near Dollar General/Family Dollar)
Exit right onto Old 32 toward Afton
5th Street will be closed from St. Ann’s Catholic Church to Tollgate Road.
Increased emergency vehicle presence should be expected.
The reunification site will be Clear Mountain Community Church.
Important Reminder:
This is only a drill designed to ensure our students, staff, and local agencies are fully prepared in the event of an emergency. There is no cause for alarm.

We appreciate the community’s patience and cooperation as we conduct this important safety exercise to keep Williamsburg safe and prepared.

Mrs. Cleaver’s sixth graders are growing as writers and thinkers! All students are currently reading Refugee by Alan Gratz and taking part in silent discussions about the book’s themes. Students read a prompt, wrote a thoughtful response with text evidence, and then pushed their thinking even further by reading their peers’ statements and replying thoughtfully to one. This gave every student a solid starting point, room to stretch, and space to go deeper. We're so proud of the communication skills they’re building every day!

For just the 3rd time in district history—and the 2nd year in a row for our building—one of our students competed in the WCPO 9 Regional Spelling Bee! 🐝📚

Congratulations to Kaylie C., who placed 24th out of 57 spellers in this year’s competition. We are so proud of her hard work and for representing our school so well! 🎉👏

All freshmen had the opportunity to attend JA Inspire to Hire! 🎉

This interactive career fair allowed students to explore in-demand careers, connect with local businesses, and learn hands-on from active professionals in a variety of fields. From asking questions to trying out real-world tools and skills, students gained valuable insight into future career possibilities.

Experiences like this help students begin thinking about their interests, strengths, and the many paths available after high school.
