The Williamsburg INTERalliance chapter recently attended TechOlympics at the GE Aviation Learning Center! Students had the incredible opportunity to connect with and learn from industry leaders from across the city, gaining valuable insights into careers in technology and innovation.

Five Seniors delivered speeches at the Rotary this week. The Rotary placed special emphasis on the Four-Way Test, challenging students to consider Leadership, Service, or Life Experiences through a lens of truth, fairness, goodwill, and benefits to all. Great work to Sidney, Bailey, Emily, Hailey, and Abby, in representing the Wildcat Way! Thanks to the Rotary, including President, Erin Ellis, and Treasurer, Ken Butler, for giving our students this opportunity!
MS Student Council went on a field trip to SEM Haven Nursing Home in Milford to spend time with the residents. Students played games, decorated Valentines cookies and talked with the residents.

Students explored whether the diagonal of a square is proportional to the perimeter and area of that same square. Instead of just being told the answer, they measured side lengths, calculated perimeter and area, found the diagonal, and then graphed their data to look for patterns.

Biology students are diving into genetics! 🧬 Using their understanding of genotypes and phenotypes, they applied their knowledge to determine what their assigned person would look like.
6th grade and 7th grade classes have been talking about future planning and what it means to be life long learners! Students are working with our College & Career Coordinator, Mrs. Eilerman, over the next few weeks to complete their Student Success Plans.

Students in Life Skills are working on their plumbing unit. Students installed toilets from the flange up and finished with a working flush right in the classroom thanks to the new STEM Lab space!
